We ship U.S. and Canada orders via UPS (United Parcel Service). We ship to APO/AE via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii may choose between UPS and USPS.

Shipping time consist of 3-7 for processing and 7-14 business days to ship.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items may be weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. CraftyBag will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if your merchandise is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for shipping.
Shipping times offered are an estimate only. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Some deliveries may be 7-14 days. Expect delays during the holiday season or problems due to weather.
An important note about Canada shipments. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CraftyBag does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

We charge California state sales tax on orders shipped within California. Outside of the United States, tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are usually paid at time of delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 6 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the original buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be contacted about your return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
